Shelen brings her New Orleans family tradition, a love of baking and computer graphic skills to her gourmet cookie company. Creating the tasty treats is a labor intensive process and involves several steps to complete. Each Sugar cookie is cut and iced with a wonderful almond flavored royal icing. When incorporating edible images, the image is placed on the royal icing. Once dry, the real work begins as each cookie is carefully decorated by hand into the desired design . This is why Posh Cookies needs several days lead time to complete your order.
